What if I get sick while at work?

If you become unable to work during the course of a workday, you call in sick as usual. The entire day is treated as a completed workday, i.e., the missing hours do not have to be made up for. If the inability to work lasts longer, the following day counts as the first sick day with continued remuneration.

Irrespective of this, for employees with flextime, the day is noted as “sick” in the journal and the set working time for this day is credited in full.
