Conditions of participation
- Enrollment at the University of Tübingen
- For Bachelor students: At least one completed academic year before the start of the stay abroad
- Good knowledge of the language (from level B1) in which the courses to be attended are held
- If possible, basic knowledge of the local language (if not the language of instruction)
Duration of stay
- Semester stays with Erasmus+ are possible for a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 12 months
- Short-term stays are possible for a period of at least 5 to 30 days
- Stays of up to a maximum of 12 months are possible in each study phase (Bachelor, Master and PhD). Several Erasmus+ stays during the same study phase are also possible
- Students on single-cycle courses (e.g. state examination courses) may complete a total of up to 24 months abroad (for each individual mobility, the minimum duration is 2 months and the maximum 12 months)
Experiences of Tübingen students abroad
The language and my love of the mountains drew me to Grenoble. It was a semester abroad filled with valuable university experiences, new friendships and nature adventures. I came back more relaxed, open-minded and self-confident.
