Dieser Studiengang vertieft und erweitert in der Bachelorphase erworbene Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den Bereichen ‚Sprachwissenschaft‘, ‚Literatur-/Kulturwissenschaft‘, ‚englische Fachdidaktik‘ und ‚Sprachpraxis‘. Großer Wert wird dabei zudem auf die Verknüpfung von fachwissenschaftlichen Inhalten und deren praktischer Anwendung im schulischen Kontext gelegt. In diesem Studiengang kann Englisch nur als zweites Hauptfach zusammen mit Sozialpädagogik/Pädagogik studiert werden.
