We cordially invite you to the workshop „Communication across gender and diversity in Academia“. It will take place on Wednesday 26, March 2025 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. as part of the awareness campaign of the Team Equity, 

The workshop offers the opportunity to rethink one's own stereotypes and communicative patterns in a protected environment, to examine their impact on each other and to jointly develop strategies to overcome these patterns and develop new strategies of appreciative and diversity sensitive communication.

The workshop is open to all members of the university.

Language of the event: English

Location: The workshop will take place in the university guest house at Lessingweg 3.

Facilitator: Dorothee Kaiser (PhD): Coach, Consultant, Facilitator, and keynote speaker, internationally working in the areas of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Leadership and Team Development, Women in Leadership and Intercultural Communication.
