MUT Programme 2025 has just been published

MuT Mentoring and Training is a successful programme for the support and promotion of highly qualified young female academics in Baden-Württemberg. Women who aspire to a professorship are given targeted support to develop their skills and make the most of their career opportunities. The programme offers participants the opportunity to build supportive relationships with academics, overcome structural obstacles and gain university-specific knowledge and experience.

The Landesarbeitsgemeinschaft der Gleichstellungsbeauftragten (LaKoG) has once again developed a range of exciting training courses and is now accepting applications. You can take part in the training courses at any time and independently of a mentoring relationship.
