CIVIS Job Shadowing: Further education and training abroad
Job shadowing is an experiential learning opportunity for further education and training that allows you to observe colleagues at another CIVIS institution in their daily work environment. It is a valuable way to learn new skills and innovative practices and to plan joint projects. Duration and format can be tailored indidually, funding is available through Erasmus staff mobilty funds.
Non-academic staff interested in collaborating for the exchange ofbest practices can organize joint online activities and receive operational support for doing so.
