As part of the funding guideline "Transformation Paths for Sustainable Universities" by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), the joint project KuNaH (here is the kunah.de-website) started in October 2022. It addresses the question of what a culture of sustainability could look like at universities and how it can be fostered. Culture of sustainability is understood as a lived practice of sustainability related to formal and informal processes of shaping fundamental assumptions, goals, rule systems, and systemic conditions. It is conceptualized as an integrative aspect of sustainability transformation, empirically examined and described, and stimulated through real experiments.
