Subproject II: Integration of the Guidelines for Leadership and Good Management into existing training seminars and programs
Objective:
Promote reflection on leadership behavior in terms of the Guidelines for Leadership and Good Management.
Approach:
Internal and external trainers as well as internal training providers integrate the Guidelines for Leadership and Good Management into corresponding curricula, offers, etc.
Subproject VII: Peer consulting formats for experienced leaders
Objective:
By sharing experiences and taking different perspectives, leaders expand their range of good management behaviour and adopt the guidelines as part of their leadership practice.
