15.9% of the total population in BW have a foreign passport. 30.9% of people have a migration background. The largest minority group comes from Turkey with 255,000 people, followed by people from Italy with 184,300.

 

61% of the population in Oregon is religious. Of these, 42% are Protestant, 12% Catholic and 4% Mormon. 31% describe themselves as non-denominational.

72% of the population in BW is Christian: around 3.9 million people said they were Catholic, while 3.5 million professed Protestantism. However, only 14% go to church once or several times a month. The largest religious minority are members of the Muslim faith with 6.8%.
