Various student services are located in the Wilhelmstr. 19. On the ground floor in room 0.17 you will find an Info-Point for students.
At the Info-Point, you can get initial information and guidance, for example, if you have questions about the student services in the building or are looking for contact points and persons for specific questions, topics and responsibilities. Various study information, forms or (lost) student IDs are also handed out at this Info-Point. Problems with ALMA can sometimes also be clarified here.
The Info-Point is staffed by employees of the Student Counseling Service and the Student Administration. The current opening hours can be found here.
The Center for Data Processing provides student support at Wächterstraße 76 on the 2nd floor.
Services include assistance with setting up Eduroam and VPN, as well as support with installing programs and operating systems. Please book an appointment in advance.
