Improve German Language Skills with Theater

Author Ute Kaiser reports in the newspaper "Schwäbisches Tagblatt" from May 29, 2013, about 65 first to fifth-graders who grow up multilingual and improve their German language skills in a theater project. The way to do this was developed by LEAD member Prof. Dr. Doreen Bryant who does research on "Language and Learning" in the <link internal-link und>Intersection 4. Thus, the learning of German is linked with theater scenes in which the children are taught linguistic structures. The aim of the project is "to promote the language of education", Doreen Bryant says.
