For the event, we welcome Prof. Dr. Uschi Backes-Gellner. She is Professor for Business and Personnel Economics at the University of Zurich (Switzerland). Her research focuses on Personnel, Education and Innovation Economics, and in particular on the Economics of Vocational and Professional Education and Training.
