The following project initiatives emerged during the events Sustainable @ Uni Tübingen and [Sustainable @ Uni Tübingen]² in February and April 2017:
This initiative aims to encourage, support, and connect doctoral researchers in order to launch joint sustainability projects.
A welcome package is designed to increase awareness of the university’s environmental management system (EMAS), motivate participation in the EMAS process, and make EMAS visible and tangible in everyday university life.
The initiative developed a communication strategy for the topic of sustainable development and for the University of Tübingen’s Center for Sustainable Development.
University members collected ideas on how to live as sustainably as possible for one month, tried them out, and shared their experiences—both successes and challenges.
The initiative collected ideas and developed approaches to strengthen sustainability and education for sustainable development (ESD) in the various teacher education programs.
