Students of any subject, whose native language is German or German and another language, may sit in on our courses for international students (intensive courses during semester; grammar, conversation and courses about Germany or intercultural communication).
There are clear advantages for the international participants when native speakers of German take part in the courses:
- more practice of German and correction of mistakes
- learning in small groups

- Gaining practical experience in teaching both within Germany and abroad
- Experience in working with international groups (intercultural skills)
- By sitting in on these classes regularly, Bachelor’s and Master’s students may have this participation recognized as a professional skill and earn a certificate and a maximum of 3 ECTS credits
- Information on the subject “German as a second language” and further options for training
