ART

It was such breathtaking to see how people can use art to communicate to the world what they have been through and what is going in around them and in the world. I remember when I was asking the Stuttgart museum tour guide what does it has to mean looking at the difference of how the ancient artists regarded art to be and those who live today, because what caught my attention was those in history oriented their drawing and statues from an individual person as compared to those of today whom I think they have a different perspective of drawing art from people as a group or community. We went on when I was engaging him, he told me that the western artists today no longer draw their pieces looking at especially at people but instead ideas around people like towns, environment and so on. I remember looking at some pictures which have someone with the face vailed and one with distorted face; which symbolized that it was not anymore about individuals but what is around them since the both pictures were of modern art. The buildings of Tübingen are Greek and Roman art combined. They are stunningly beautiful structures with richness of history implicit within the eyes of the one who looks at them and say wow, the meaning becomes explicit only when the beholder start being inquisitive about what do they have to mean.
