Salary
Depending on the employment relationship, one earns significantly more in management consultancy than employees in the public sector with a comparable degree and professional experience. However, the salary is often performance-related.
Fixed-term contract
Unlike in employment relationships at state universities or research organisations, a permanent contract is usually concluded after a six-month probationary period.
