The unit of the same name supports and coordinates CIVIS-related projects and activities in Tübingen. It has a focus on the development of sustainable structures for the alliance’s activities at the University of Tübingen.
Our tasks
Coordination, communication and implementation of CIVIS-related activities at the University of Tübingen and with local cooperation partners
Lead coordination of selected topics within the CIVIS alliance
Key liaison office of the University of Tübingen to the central coordination office of the Alliance; connecting to and coordination with the local units at the partner universities
Strategy development
Project management: controlling and reporting; finance management of university-wide projects
