Want to get a head start on academic writing? Want to brush up on your writing skills? Wondering what the expectations are regarding academic writing at a German University? Then sign up for this practical workshop. In this workshop, you will

• learn about and try out different writing strategies
• gain a first insight into the conventions of academic writing in a German academic context
• learn about the writing skills support available at the University of Tübingen
• meet other students and talk about your experiences with academic writing

Although this workshop will be conducted in English, the topics covered are also relevant for students who will study and write in the German language. Presentations slides and handouts will be provided in both German and English.
