Only a small proportion of doctoral candidates work in teaching and research at universities after graduation. The larger proportion find themselves in one of the many fields of activity in the areas of business, society and culture or public service, where they take on a wide range of tasks.

Roundtables featuring personal experiences from science managers are offered as part of our certificate program “Science Management”. However, these roundtables are open to the entire university community.

In addition, the Transdisciplinary Course Program and Career Service offers workshops and counseling at the intersection of studies, practice, and professional life.
