Student Reports: Hohenheim

Nick Stevens

So far my stay in Hohenheim has been fantastic. My primary goal this year was to learn German, and I think I've chosen the right place for it. Other than Eric, my Mitbewohner, I only have met one other American. There are in fact a total of only five Americans here this year... that means lots of practice speaking German! Making friends isn't as hard as I had thought it could be... I already know lot's of germans as well as other foriegn exchange students.

My classes here at Hohenheim seem (though I haven't had too many yet) to be excellent, none having many more than about 15 people. Those at Stuttgart, while also well taught, have more like 30 or 40 people each.

The campus is great, and I love the close proximity to Stuttgart... I end up heading out there quite often.
