Compliance stands for adherence to the law, regulatory standards, internal university regulations and ethical guidelines and values.

The Compliance department is intended to support employees of the university (without medicine) in complying with the current, increasingly complex regulations and to promote legally compliant action at the university, e.g. by providing advice, information and guidance. 

For the UKT and the Faculty of Medicine, the staff unit  (compliance, participations and internal audit) of the hospital board is responsible.

Uwe Stephan is the male contact person for questions relating to sexual harassment in accordance with § 4a para. 1 LHG (Landeshochschulgesetz).
