Description:

Europe faces four major challenges in the field of Health:

  1. Increasing costs in the health and care sector due to a growing number of chronic illnesses, an aging population witha  corresponding need for care, and growing demands from society
  2. Damaging environmental influences including those resulting from Climate Change
  3. A growing risk from infectious diseases
  4. inequality of health and care conditions

By investing in research, technology and innovation, smart, sustainable and scalable solutions will be developed. International cooperation will be indispensable.

Synergies wil be achieved, among other things, through the integration of social and humanities research. Ethical issues are equally taken into account.

The following topics are listed in the work program:

  1. Better healthcare, economic growth and sustainable health systems
  2. Digital transformation in healthcare
  3. Secure digital solutions and Internet security in healthcare.

  • Coordination and Support Action (CSA)

Important: Please be sure to pay attention to the specifications of the individual calls for proposals: they are arranged under the aspects of Specific Challenge, Scope, Expected Impact and Type of Action. Open calls and access to online submission

  1. Go to "H2020" in the left menu bar and then narrow down your search in the left-hand selection field. The corresponding open calls will then be displayed.

  2. To apply, click directly on the title of the call. Scroll down until you reach the "Start Submission" button.
