TRACS Team Day
What does good work mean to us and how can I contribute to it myself? We addressed this topic on 2 June 2025 at our annual team day.
Under the professional guidance of Marion King (Les Enfants Terribles), we reflected on our teamwork using, among other things, Lencioni's (dys)functional pyramid model and Bandura's concept of self-efficacy. We then worked together to develop a vision for a good team.
In line with our mission, our goal is to further develop good cooperation in our areas of TCP Bachelor & Civic Engagement, TCP Master, Global Awareness Education and Career Service in order to provide our students with the best possible services.
