Tropicarium: plants of tropical rainforests from around the world. Plants of the New World are planted alongside the facade of the greenhouse, plants of the Old World are planted in the centre of the building. Highlights are the planting of various tropical farns and the section of tropical crop plants. A small viewing platform provides a view of the tropical rainforest from above.
Sukkulentenhaus: succulents from the Old and New Worls and their respective convergent development can be seen in the Sukkulentenhaus. Special highlight is the glass cabinet with South African small succulents, e.g. from the family of dicotylendonous plants (Aizoaceae).
Canary Islands: vegetation of the Canary Islands. In this greenhouse you will see also a display case of small succulent plants of South Africa and a planting area reflecting the vegetation in the Negev dessert.
Subtropics: subtropic vegetation of South America, Africa and Australia.
