LEAD Graduate School & Research Network

Anna Bareis, M.Sc.

Within my research I am interested in the self-regulatory effects of motivation and personality in educational contexts, especially in terms of interest and conscientiousness as two important “driving forces” into academic effort.
In particular, I focus on the interplay of interest and conscientiousness in their function of predicting levels of academic effort.
As an associate member of the LEAD Graduate School & Research Network I have the opportunity to benefit from the exchange with many other researchers from different disciplines and to gain a differentiated perspective on educational research.
