Semester Program and Course Registration from B1

Summer term 2025

How many German courses can I take in a semester?
  • 3 courses + choir and/or theater or:      
  • 1 Aufbaukurs (Intensive Course) + 1 additional course + theater and/or choir

Step 2: Placement test

  • The placement test is mandatory. Course registration is only possible once we have uploaded your placement result in Alma.  If you have already attended courses with us and want to move up to a higher level, a new test is required!
  • The test takes place online via Zoom (multiple choice test).

It's easy: You don't have to register for the test. The link will be open at 16:00 h. ZOOM LINK FOr THE PLACEMENT TEST. Tip: You should reload the website first!

Please make sure to make it in time. Once the test has started, the zoom link will no longer be open.

Step 4: Course registration

Have you already taken the placement test?

Then you can register for our courses in alma after 24 hours.

Registration for the summer semester 2025 will take place in alma between April 10 and April 16. 
You can attend a maximum of 3 courses (plus choir / theater) or 1 more intensive “Aufbaukurs” + 1 additional course (plus choir / theater) in the main registration.
