CIVIS Days 2026: Call for proposals

The CIVIS Days 2026, themed “CIVIS is News – seven years of shared impact”, will take place at the University of Bucharest from 10 to 12 June. The CIVIS community is invited to propose interactive dissemination sessions that highlight stories, results, and lessons learned across the Alliance with the aim of turning experiences from the past seven years into ideas and actions for the future. CIVIS Job Shadowing: Further education and training abroad

Job shadowing is an experiential learning opportunity for further education and training that allows you to observe colleagues at another CIVIS institution in their daily work environment. It is a valuable way to learn new skills and innovative practices and to plan joint projects. Duration and format can be tailored indidually, funding is available through Erasmus staff mobilty funds.

CIVIS Staff Weeks

Within the framework of the CIVIS Academy, specific workshops are offered for all employees of the partner universities.

Exchange of best practices

Non-academic staff interested in collaborating for the exchange of best practices can organize joint online activities and receive operational support for doing so.
