We can put you in touch with scientists for a discussion or interview, provide you with information and picture material. Distribution lists

Our press releases provide information on current research and key developments at the University. Representatives of the media are welcome to join our distribution list; contact pressespam prevention@uni-tuebingen.de.

There is a choice of the following distribution lists:

  • Regional distribution list: All University press releases including events and regional topics.
  • Supra-regional distribution list: Press releases on selected topics on matters of supra-regional significance, such as relevant research findings.

There is also the possibility for journalists to get confidential access to embargoed press releases. Please note that we must ensure that this information is not published before the embargo ends.

If you wish to be included on the distribution list of embargoed press releases, you must fill in and sign the following form "Verbindliche Zusage zur Einhaltung von Sperrfristen auf Inhalte von Pressemitteilungen der Universität" and send it to: University of Tübingen, Public Relations Department, Doblerstr. 21, 72074 Tübingen, Germany.

Are you looking for an expert in a particular field? The Public Relations Department is happy to help media representatives to find the right contact person. Contact pressespam prevention@uni-tuebingen.de

Are you planning to make video recordings on our campuses? You can apply for a permit to: pressespam prevention@uni-tuebingen.de.

Please supply the following information:

  • What is the subject?
  • For which medium would you be filming?
  • Where and when do you want to film?
  • How long will it take?

We can help you find an appropriate setting.
Please note that teaching and students’ studies may not be disrupted.
