Trends in performance management based on new representative data for Germany

Together with colleagues from the University of Cologne and the Research Institute of the Federal Employment Agency (IAB) in Nuremberg, Tübingen-based economist Prof. Patrick Kampkötter has analyzed trends in performance management for German companies. The evaluations are based on the Linked Personnel Panel (LPP), a two-year representative company survey conducted by the IAB in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS), the universities in Cologne and Tübingen, and the Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) in Mannheim.
