Tübingen Lectures in Sport Economics
In June, Raphael Flepp from the University of Zurich will visit Tübingen to present his research in the field of sports economics.
He was invited by the Institute of Sports Science (Research Group in Sport Economics, Sport Management & Media Research) and the Tübingen Data Science and Sports Lab.
As part of his stay, Raphael Flepp will give two lectures on current topics in sports economics. On Tuesday, June 2, he will speak at 12:30 p.m. on “The Performance Effects of Head Coach Dismissals in European Football“ (Lecture hall 102, Lothar-Meyer-Bau, Mineralogy) and at 4:15 p.m. on “Still a Results-Driven Business? Expected Goals and Coach Dismissals in European Football“. This second talk will take place in Seminar Room 3, Wächterstraße 67.
