PACE Retreat: The next generation of leaders in education

The PACE Retreat 2025 prepared postdocs for their leading roles in education.

“We train the next generation of education leaders” – That is the vision for PACE, the Tübingen Postdoctoral Academy for Research on Education. We support postdoctoral researchers in the early phase after their doctorate through mentoring, workshops, or events such as the PACE Retreat, which took place last week in Stuttgart.
