LEAD Practice Advisory Board

What is the Practice Advisory Board?

Since 2021, the Practice Advisory Board “School & Research” has been advising and supporting LEAD in the implementation of its research and training programme and in the strategic development of the cooperation programme “School & Research.”
Effective collaboration between educational research and schools requires that a wide range of perspectives be heard. The Advisory Board therefore brings together perspectives from LEAD partner schools, educational administration, and university-based teacher education.

What does the Practice Advisory Board do?

The focus of the collaboration and the annual meetings includes, among other things, questions such as:

How can the needs of educational practice be taken into account in educational research?

How can the offerings for partner schools within the cooperation programme be further developed in a needs-based and targeted way?

How can mutually beneficial collaboration between educational research and school practice be designed in the context of school-based studies?

How do schools perceive the research structures and practice-oriented networks at the Tübingen site?
