The data collected with the registration for the event will be used to determine the number, affiliation and status group of participants as well as to send information about the event.

The data will be deleted after the event has ended. In case of early cancellation of a registration, the collected data will be deleted immediately. Your data will only be collected for the above-mentioned purpose and will not be passed on to third parties. The storage of the data is regulated in an AV contract according to Art. 28 DSGVO with the company eveeno. 

By registering for the event, you agree to the processing and use of your data as described above.
