Career and personal development for R1-R3* Researchers

We are the central institution for strategic researcher development for early- and mid-career researchers (EMCRs) from doctoral studies to assistant professorships. The personal and professional development of our researchers at all career stages is our obligation and an expression of the University of Tübingen's supportative culture.

* R1-R3 refers to the European Framework for Research Careers. R1 includes doctoral students, R2 researchers with a completed doctorate (postdocs) and R3 researchers with a completed doctorate who are already conducting independent research or leading a research group (e.g. Junior Professor, Research Group Leader).
