General Study Counseling Service

The General Study Counseling Service (Zentrale Studienberatung, ZSB) is there for you throughout your studies. We support you in the transition from school to university and in planning, managing and completing your studies. In addition to a wide range of events and helpful materials, we offer individual counseling during all phases of your studies. The possible topics may include study organisation, change of subject, motivation, personal difficulties, stress and pressure, illness, psychological issues, corona-related problems, exam preparation, etc.

Counseling at the General Study Counseling Service is of course confidential, i.e. the counseling is subject to professional discretion.
