International Advisory Board
The International Advisory Board was newly established in 2014 as part of the university's future concept, which was successful in the Excellence Initiative. It advises the university on future strategic directions, long-term strategic planning, and international benchmarking. The board is made up of internationally renowned scientists from various disciplines. They hold leading positions at their respective home universities or in national scientific organizations.
Through the International Advisory Board, the University of Tübingen receives important impulses from different university systems for its own further development. The Board meets approximately every two years to discuss current strategic issues.
