Tuebingen has a few well-known and many hidden treasures! Some of these can be visited at the University of Tuebingen Museum at Hohentuebingen Castle. This guided tour leads dfrom the cellar of the castle to the newly reopened “great barrel” and its history. In addition, you will be introduced to the ice age ivory figures recognized by the UNESCO as World Cultural Heritage and the mysteries that surround them.
