TCP Master

Are you studying for a Master's degree or a doctorate and would like to sharpen your profile by expanding your interdisciplinary skills?
Are you aiming for a responsible position in the private sector, in civil society organizations or in the public sector?  Would you like to study current concepts and methods in the field of entrepreneurial skills, management and leadership? Are you interested in economic contexts, would you like to gain new experiences and insights into organizational realities? Then the TCP Master's program is just right for you!

The TCP Master's program invites you as a Master's student/promotion student to participate in practice-oriented and lively workshops with selected experts. The offer includes exciting topics such as:
Business Basics, Agile Project Management, The Art of Communication, Human Resources Know-How, Fundamentals of Labor Law, Corporate and Leadership Culture, Teamwork, Life-Sustaining Management, Marketing and Sales and much more.

You can also earn certificates (12 CP) in the following key areas:

Certificates

Management Certificate

One of the two Business Basics - Workshops is mandatory for the Management certificate.

Building on this, you have the opportunity to attend further workshops from the area of management in order to acquire a total of at least 12 points for the certificate.

Leadership Certificate

One of the two Business Basics - Workshops is mandatory for the Leadership certificate.

Building on this, you have the opportunity to attend further workshops from the area of management in order to acquire a total of at least 12 points for the certificate.

Registration for the workshops takes place via alma, Bachelor students are also welcome if there is free capacity.

Registrations for the summer semester are possible from March 1st and for the winter semester from September 1st and generally for the entire semester.

The acquisition of these interdisciplinary skills is not prescribed by the majority of Master's examination regulations. However, you can earn 2-3 CP (ECTS) per workshop.  Grades cannot be awarded.
