Peer group supervision

The “peer group supervision” method enables structured exchange in small groups on professional topics at the collegial level. Participants contribute their professional challenges, experiences, and skills and work together to develop solutions to specific issues. In doing so, they reflect on their own professional roles and develop not only their problem-solving and methodological skills but also their leadership skills.

Collegial consultation groups at the University of Tübingen meet at intervals determined by the group, e.g., quarterly, and are supported in their facilitation by the Human Resources Development Department or an external facilitator.

Are you a manager interested in joining an existing or newly formed consultation group? Then please get in touch with us.
