Dear colleagues,
dear students,
On 10 November 2022, the President’s Office will be providing information on the University’s energy supply situation and the ramifications for us of skyrocketing energy prices. The meeting will begin at 10 am sharp in the Neue Aula Festsaal; it is expected to take one hour. There is no need to register for it. Those who cannot attend in person may follow the event via a livestream at: https://youtu.be/FVuFhadKLFA
This event will test a new interactive format in which all employees and students can ask questions in person from the floor, or online via the Youtube chat function or via email at: veranstaltungenspam prevention@uni-tuebingen.de
If there is not enough time to answer all questions during the event, experts from the state building authority (VBA), Division VIII and the Facilities Management Office (TBA) will answer enquiries after the session. The time spent in attendance is considered work time for University employees.
Yours sincerely,
Professor Dr. Karla Pollmann
President and Vice-Chancellor
