DSB content

The following may be announced on the electronic notice boards:

  • Events that are of central importance to the University, are public and/or address a large group of people at the University of Tübingen.
  • Important short messages from the administration that affect a large number of students and/or employees.

Creating a spot

To create a spot for an event, the online editorial team needs the following information:

  • Exact event data (e.g. flyer, poster)
  • If available: a picture of the event, the use of which is permitted by copyright for such a purpose (highest possible quality/resolution, ideally 300 dpi).
  • A specification as to the buildings in which the spot is to be shown.

Please send this information to the online editorial office at least 2 weeks before the planned start of the spot: ordspam prevention@uni-tuebingen.de

We recommend that the application for the DSB should normally start about 1 week before the event is to take place. We will send you the finished spots for your information. We reserve the right to reject a spot if the content is not suitable for the DSB or there are currently already a lot of spots running on the DSB.
The advertising of an event ends on the evening of the event date. To advertise other information (not connected with a specific date), we will set a time frame in consultation with you.

The Public Relations Department provides support in the form of an initial discussion on the use of the digital notice boards, provides spot templates in the University of Tübingen's corporate design and offers short training sessions on how to create the content. The editorial contact person is Judith Kochannek, Email ordspam prevention@uni-tuebingen.de

The IT Center handles the connection to the network and provides technical support for the central DSB system. For technical support, contact Holger Haug, Email holger.haugspam prevention@uni-tuebingen.de
