Students with fewer opportunities also receive a one-off travel allowance depending on the distance traveled:

The one-off travel allowance is calculated using the Commission's calculation tool and is based on the distance between the place of departure and the destination of the mobility.

• The Erasmus+ mobility grant can be used for travel to and from the partner university, accommodation and meals
• The Erasmus+ grant is a subsidy and does not cover the complete expenses of your stay
• The University of Tübingen cannot pay for additional travel days
• You can only receive Erasmus+ mobility funding if all the Erasmus+ documents listed here are completed in full and on time
• At least 3 or 6 ECTS points must be achieved. Otherwise the grant may be reclaimed!
• Payment regulations: the Erasmus+ mobility grant is paid out in two installments (80% - 20%)
• We kindly ask you to plan in advance financing for your stay, as the first instalment will only be paid once you have provided proof of attendance
