Workshop on Vagueness and Ambiguity
Mercator Kees van Deemter, our colleague Dilectiss Liu und Jackson Graves from Paris speak on vagueness
On 04 June 2019 the RTG-workshop on vagueness and ambiguity took place. The opening talk was given by our colleague Dilectiss Liu (Philosophy). He spoke about the distinction between vagueness and ambiguity in respect of musical notation.
Our Mercator-Fellow Kees van Deemter (Aberdeen) talked about the „Elusive Benefits of Vagueness“ and guest speaker Jackson Graves (ENS, Paris) presented his work on „Ambiguity in Sound Perception“.
