From doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers to junior research groups – researchers at the early stages of their career have many opportunities at our university, whether they are seeking to qualify within research projects, doctoral programs or individual research projects. Through additional courses, events and coaching, our junior researchers receive excellent mentoring to help them master current and future challenges.

The Graduate Academy at the University of Tübingen provides services for junior researchers and includes the graduate academies of the faculties. It also manages structured doctoral programs and the doctoral networks of the university.
