GRK 2381 "cGMP: From Bedside to Bench"

GRK 2381 extended for a second funding period!

In this Research Training Group  ("Graduiertenkolleg" 2381, GRK 2381) entitled "cGMP: From Bedside to Bench", doctoral researchers investigate the second messenger cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). cGMP is responsible for the transmission of signals in cells, and many drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases target this signaling pathway. The latest findings suggest that cGMP-modulating drugs can be used even more widely. This will be investigated by the junior scientists of the GRK 2381.
