Each residential unit has a terrace and a cellar compartment.

Bed linen can be rented for 20 €, towels and dish towels must be brought.
Laundry can be washed in the coin-operated washing machines in the basement.

Electricity costs depending on consumption as well as a broadcasting fee amounting to 18,36 Euro per month have to be paid separately. Heating, water, garbage disposal as well as the legendary "Swabian Sweeping Week" (stairwell cleaning) are included in the rent. Surcharges are levied in case of short rental periods up to three months or additional persons living in an apartment.
The apartments can be rented from one month to a maximum period of 12 months.
