    Check-ins start every half hour at 11.00 / 11.30 a.m.
     
  • 12.00 - 12.30 p.m: Fast Lane for registered new exchange students
    Document pick-up, quick questions, etc.

Incoming Team for International Exchange Students

The Incoming Team supports the international exchange students (Erasmus / CIVIS / Overseas) before, during and after their stay at the University of Tübingen. Our responsibilities encompass the application and admission of the students, administrative assistance during the studies, and coordination of programs such as the Exchange Buddy Program and the Student Initiative International Tübingen (StudIT). In collaboration with other university departments, we offer tailored support for exchange students facing specific challenges, such as accommodation issues, academic difficulties, (chronic) health conditions, or intercultural adjustments.

ESSC Info Point

At the Info Point of the Exchange Student Service Center, experienced Tübingen students will help you as peer-to-peer advisors. The Info Point in room 19 is open daily.

How to find us at the ESSC

You find the Incoming Team in room 20, ground floor of the Exchange Student Service Center, Wilhelmstraße 9, 72074 Tübingen (Google Maps). The Info Point is located in room 19 of the ESSC. The building is also called "Alte Archäologie". The nearest bus stops are Uni/Neue Aula, Gmelinstraße or Hölderlinstraße.
