This hike takes us through the breathtaking landscapes of the Swabian Jura, known for its lush forests, rocky cliffs, and historical landmarks. Our journey starts with a visit to the famous Urach Waterfall (Uracher Wasserfall), which is especially impressive in spring when it flows at full force. From there, we’ll ascend to the ruins of Hohenurach Castle, where we’ll soak in panoramic views of the valley.
To top off the adventure, we’ll hike up to the summit of Urach, one of Germany’s Miocene volcanoes, which was once active millions of years ago.
