A special issue in the journal "Thinking Skills and Creativity" will focuse on item-level insights from the #PISA 2022 Creative Thinking assessment. . The issue will be guest edited by Hector Research Institute Member Benjamin Goecke as well as Selina Weiss (Universität Hildesheim) and Baptiste Barbot (Université Catholique de Louvain). Aim of the special issue is to explore the assessment from multiple perspectives—content, psychometric, and methodological—to better understand how creative thinking is captured and evaluated at the item level.
Abstracts can be submitted by March 31, 2025 via this form. The deadline for manuscripts is September 15, 2025.
