GRK-Retreat: An Outing to Kloster Kirchberg

From February 23-25, 2018, all members, colleagues and research assistants of the RTG 1808 spent a weekend in the Kirchberg monastery in Sulz/Neckar. The invited speakers Eckardt Lobsien (Frankfurt), Carolin Odebrecht (Berlin), Wolf Schmid (Hamburg) and Markus Steinbach (Göttingen)offered their full support in advising the group during the weekend. Highly stimulating papers and engaged discussions on the topic of “Repetition and Recognition” made the outing to a productive and fruitful working experience. • Carolin Odebrecht: „Systematische Suche nach linguistischen Mustern mit Hilfe von Mehrebenenannotationen in ANNIS“

The business trip was rounded off by an excellent tour through the monastery.
